Working with Mehrvash was a truly healing experience. This interaction was part of the peer coaching experience. I am currently going through a transformational period in my life and Mehrvash was able to help me look at things with a healthy, growth mindset. We examined my anxiety, my relationship with my kids and the guilt I had around not being a present mom. We practiced mindfulness. We talked about the importance of meditation. She has really helped me understand what it is to be in the moment. Today I was coming into work highly anxious and using some of the techniques Mehrvash taught me I was able to shut that anxiety, and negative talk cycle down! What a powerful feeling. I am thankful I was able o work with Mehrvash and would recommend her to any of my family, friends or peers. She has a powerful message and I believe she will help many people in their healing journey.

Mehrvash Darabi was very professional and knowledgeable yet easy to talk with during our sessions. I have been retired for over a year now when Mehrvash started working with me. We worked on meditating, including breath work and self-love, both were beneficial for me. We also worked on my overall health and healthy eating.
Mehrvash gave me several ideas for positive re-enforcement, staying in the present, and working on other areas of my health. In our time together with coaching I saw improvement in my approach to not letting my thoughts move to the negative and using the tools she had given me to help me stay aware.

I truly wish I could have more time/sessions with you but I also understand that I need to experience/practice and do things on my own
First of, I enjoyed very much those sessions in which we talked about different aspects of what has been bothering me mentally and what could help to relieve mental events/thoughts
I like our sessions in which I could share with you what has been going on with my life, in my head, specifically the relationship between me and my Mother, like I was sharing them with my close friends
I still have a long way to go, but there were pointers, techniques that you shared and practiced along with that no doubt will be used when I need to further understand myself and the spiritual journey I am embarking on.
Throughout 4 sessions, you have been patient, carefully listened, and suggested methods to help me relieve/alleviate mental 'events' that have been on my mind for such a long time. Although I am not yet perfecting those techniques and/or still do not have enough patience to practice them, I will forever keep them in mind.
Truthfully, I have read and listened to quite many spiritual books and in those sessions, I could see the explanations and practices through your words and your thoughts and many of them make more sense.

Hello my name is Gloria and I worked with Mehrvash over the last few weeks. I have been struggling with a health problem for several months which has impacted many areas of my life. It was therapeutic to voice my struggles during the coaching sessions, they enabled me to voice my concerns and struggles without judgement.
Mehrvash also helped me find some alternative methods to deal with my pain and introduced me to some meditation practices. The meditations were very relaxing and l will continue to practice them as a way of stress relief and relaxation

When I connected with Mehrvash I was going through a lot of stress and feeling disconnected from my body and struggling with instituting mindfulness into my life. Before you and I began our sessions, I was dealing with emotional and physical stress. Because of your positive energy I was able to open up to you freely, knowing you would not judge me. Therefore, I was able to receive the tools I needed to try to overcome my issues. The links of meditation you sent me are very helpful and I will continue to use these throughout my journey. You helped me see how my actions were problematic and because you did this in a gentle way, I did not respond defensively, so I was able to listen and take the steps to change.

At the time of our nurse coaching sessions, I was recovering from several different injuries following an accident. I was struggling with recovery, both physical and mental/emotional. I was also struggling with not having clear focus of what I wanted to do careerwise since I now had these physical changes that would limit my ability to care for patients in the ER. I had also recently discontinued my sleep medication and was struggling in getting adequate sleep, increased, anxiety and depression, fatigue and brain, fog. My experience in working with you was great, it felt like I was talking to a friend every time we had our coaching sessions. You were very approachable and knowledgeable. I appreciated all of the resources, insight, and help that you provided me during our time. I felt like I’ve benefited from these sessions by having a better outlook, more focus and clarity, and less stress/anxiety. I really enjoyed our time together. During our mindfulness sessions, you introduced me to different types of mindfulness, including Bikram yoga and visualization exercises. I really appreciated your wealth of knowledge and experience with practicing mindfulness. Your mindfulness exercises were very helpful to bring me into the present moment and to relax.
